Can you deliver to any hotel or residence in London?
Yes. We offer delivery to all central and Greater London hotels, serviced apartments, and private addresses. For areas outside London, please contact support.
How do you handle hotel deliveries?
We deliver either directly to the room via concierge or to the hotel reception. The delivery includes the recipient’s name and any notes provided during booking.
What if the recipient isn’t home or available?
We will follow your delivery instructions and attempt contact. If unavailable, we’ll wait (within the allotted window) or securely return the item to the store.
Do you require signatures?
Yes, we collect a signature or name confirmation at delivery. You can also request ID verification for added assurance.
Can I send multiple items in one delivery?
Absolutely. Multiple packages to one destination are accepted and will be handled as a single delivery unless otherwise specified.
Is the delivery insured?
Yes. All deliveries are insured up to £10,000 by default, with the option to increase coverage if needed.
