Do you provide packaging for returns?
We offer discreet packaging solutions upon request. Clients should have the original packaging ready, but we can assist if needed.
How quickly are returns completed?
Most returns within London are completed on the same day or within a scheduled 2–4 hour window.
Is insurance included for return items?
Yes. Every item in transit is insured for up to £10,000 by default, with optional upgrades for high-value returns.
How do you confirm return delivery?
We capture a signature or name confirmation from the store team receiving the item. Photos and delivery notes are also available.
Can returns be booked by the store on behalf of the client?
